I am sore, sore, sore!!! But I did make it back to the Y tonight - walked 2 mi. and rode the bike 5 mi. The Biggest Loser was on while I was at the Y and if that doesn't give me motivation I don't know what would. I will tell ya what else was motivating, Michelle's blog about her weight struggles. It was motivating just reading her story which helps me want to stay focused. Well that is that for tonight.

You rock Mel! That's a LOT of miles! Keep doing it! A habit takes 21 days to form. So just 19 more days and you'll actually WANT to go every day. You'll miss it if you don't get to go.
